Sauna area
Relaxation for body and soul promise pleasant hours in our sauna oasis - here you can relax after an active and eventful day in the South Tyrolean mountains.
Our wellness offer includes a dry Finnish sauna with 90 degrees, a bio-herbal sauna with a moderate 60 degrees and a steam bath with 45 degrees and particularly high humidity.
A few minutes in the infrared cabin will have a particularly positive effect on your health: The deep heat relieves tension, prevents joint diseases and ensures an all-around good body feeling.
After the sauna, stimulate your circulation with a cold shower, snuggle into your bathrobe and make yourself comfortable on a waterbed in our relax room. There you are welcome to take some tea or water at the bar.
If you
still want to work on the perfect vacation tan, use our solarium for 20 minutes
free of charge.

sauna oasis in the basement is a nude area - please wear a bathrobe, towels and
slippers only. Children under the age of 16 are not allowed to enter.

Sauna rules
So that you can enjoy your spa day to the full, we recommend that you adhere to the following rules and register at reception beforehand.
- Please take a shower before using the sauna and dry off well.
- If possible, lie or sit in the sauna with your legs elevated and do not forget to put a towel underneath.
- Enjoy your sweat bath, then slowly get up and go outside.
- Breathe deeply in the fresh air to cool down your lungs.
- Then take a shower - first with lukewarm water, which you slowly make colder. The overhead and drench showers are suitable for this.
- The relaxation phase is then particularly important: rest for 15 minutes while lying or sitting with your legs raised.
- You can repeat this process two or three times, depending on your physical condition.
