At our house bar we spoil you daily until 11:30 p.m. with refreshing drinks, coffee specialties and delicious cocktails. Afterwards, the night's rest applies.

​ Decide by yourself about the towel change: please put dirty bath towels and hand towels on the floor in the bathroom, clean ones simply hang on the hooks.

​ Bathrobes are available in your room for the duration of your stay. If a change is desired, please contact the floor staff or the reception desk by 4.00 p.m.

Our bicycles are at your disposal at any time free of charge. We ask you to handle them carefully and report any defects. For a small fee you can rent e-bikes for 24€ and e-mountain bikes for 38€ from us.

If you would like an additional pillow or blanket, please contact our reception or floor service by 4.00 p.m.

On the day of arrival, you can check into your room between 2.00 and 10.00 pm. If you arrive between 7.00 and 10.00 p.m., please notify us by phone.

We kindly ask you to leave the rooms by 11.00 a.m. on the day of your departure. To avoid waiting at the reception, we recommend that you pay the bill the night before. Alternatively, you can pay on the morning of departure from 8 a.m. The bill can be paid in cash, by debit or credit card. Unfortunately, we do not accept American Express or Diners Club - thank you for your understanding.

Whether you want to visit our beautiful Lana, the spa town of Merano or the provincial capital of Bolzano - before you set off, we recommend you to get suitable city maps at the reception.

Your dog is not allowed in the dining room and in the wellness area. On the lawn and in our house bar, however, nothing stands in the way of spending time together. If you do not want to leave your four-legged friend alone during meal times, we will be happy to set a table for you on our terrace or in our cozy bar.

Whether tandem flights in the mountains, rafting adventures on the river Adige or day trips to Venice - we know how to make your stay in Lana an unforgettable experience. We will be happy to inform you about prices and availability at the reception.

All drinks you enjoy during meal times or at the bar will be written to your room. At the breakfast table you will find your voucher with a list of all consumptions. Please check it and confirm the receipt with your signature. If there are any mistakes, please contact the reception or the breakfast service.

Our small but nice gym is daily opened for you from 8.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. You will find it at the end of the garden on the left side (on the first floor). Please do not forget your key card to open the door.

You can get our own hiking map with different hiking routes at the reception for a fee of 3 €. In addition, we offer the possibility to purchase a Moutainbike map with various tours and QR codes for download. The cost of this is 8,50 €.

We lock the main entrance at 11.00 p.m. You can open the entrance door at any time with your key card.

Internet is available via WIFI free of charge. Your password for this is "Ueberbacher".

Due to our beautiful location in the midst of orchards, we only have a small fitness room. Have fun sweating in the great outdoors. We will be happy to inform you about jogging routes at the reception.

Our regional à la carte breakfast is served from 7.30 to 10.30 a.m. For the small hunger in between we recommend a dish from our bistro menu from 1.00 to 2.30 p.m. We kindly ask you to enjoy the meals only in the designated areas and not to take them to your room or the sunbathing lawn.

Dinner is served between 6.30 and 8.00 p.m. You will be informed about the daily menu selection at the moment of the arrival or during the breakfast service. If you suffer from intolerances or allergies, please inform our service or reception team as early as possible. Alternatively, you can still choose from our à la carte restaurant & steak house from 6.30 to 9.00 p.m.

Our year-round heated swimming pool is daily opened for you and invites you to enjoy pure water fun with its 21 meters length. The opening hours vary depending on the outside temperature to avoid wasting energy. Over the summer months the pool is opened from 9.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m., in the cooler months from 12.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.

In our dining rooms you will find our new pizza oven so once a week you con choose to take part to the pizza degustation. Ask at the reception for the day.

We can gladly organize stamps for your postcards and take care of the way to the post office.

Our Hotel Pfeiss is perfect for enjoying a car-free vacation. The train station Burgstall is only about 20 minutes walk away. The bus stop in the direction of Merano can be reached after a short walk. Value cards for public transport or nationwide mobile cards are available at the reception or at the Lana tourist office. Please note that at the moment it is not possible to buy a ticket directly on the bus because of the Corona measures.

We kindly ask you to respect our night silence between 10.30 p.m. and 7.30 a.m. - especially in the entrance area and the staircase.

Our reception is open for you daily from 8.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m.

If something is defective in the room or in the other areas of the hotel, please inform the reception so that we can repair the defects immediately. Thank you very much!

Your room card is also the key to the entrance door. Please take your key with you in the evening, because the reception is not staffed after 10.00 p.m. and the entrance is locked. If you lose or misplace your key card, please contact the reception immediately.

Our sauna facilities are open for you daily from 3.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. We kindly ask you to disinfect your hands before entering the sauna area, follow the spacing rules and do not exceed the maximum number of people.

Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel. We will gladly provide you with an ashtray so that you can smoke on the terrace or balcony. In doing so, we ask you to be considerate of your balcony neighbors.

The stores in Lana are open for you from Monday to Friday from 9.00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 3.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m.; Saturdays only from 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m.

Most stores in Merano are open from Monday to Friday from 9.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. Some are also opened on Sundays from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
